I think Kaki gets it, if we want to be consistent with etree... someone else have any ideas on that?

Or maybe since she has such a recognisable, and short first name then like: kaki2005-07-20.shn or like that?

Neither should have it given the ambiguity- there are perfectly OK alternate prefixes for both (kkinney, kakik for instance). Once this itme is cleared up I hope to take it away from both artist names here.

Got it, thanks! BTW the reason kk "switched" from Kevn Kinney to Kaki King I think is because of the alphabetical order of the names with the duplicates. My workaround is that kk is now "Admin Use".

Ideally the prefix-adding scheme should be tweaked someday to not be able to have duplicates (I think I may have sent that as a feature req already). For now folks, report conflicts if you see them to the admin contact address etreearchiveorg. Thanks!

Also, if you do see prompt for a band that doesn't match your show, just rename the enclosing show directory with a better prefix choice. Some existing ones (not all well chosen btw- please use common sense to choose) are listed at http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-band-abbrevs.php
